Password Recovery

If you forgot your password for your Planoplan account, you can quickly reset it using the email linked to your account.

Steps to recover your password

1. On the login screen, click «Forgot password?».
2. In the next window, enter the email address linked to your account and click «Continue».
3. Check your inbox. You will receive an email with a four-digit verification code.
4. Enter the received code in the verification field in the app.
5. Create a new password and enter it in the required fields.
6. Return to the login screen and log in with your new password.
