How to Share a Project with Another User

In Planoplan, projects are automatically saved on the server. This means you can access your project from any computer with the app installed by logging into your account.

It’s not yet possible to directly «share» a project like a render or a link. However, you can still open your project on another device, if you allow someone else to access it through your account.

How Project Access Works

All projects in Planoplan are linked to your account.
For another user to open your project, they need to log in to your account.
You cannot use the same account on multiple computers at once. If you log in on a new device, the app will automatically log out on the previous one.

Real-time collaboration is not available.
Pay attention to security. Sharing your login and password gives access to all your projects and personal data.
For reliable collaboration with colleagues or clients, use plan export, renders, panorama 360, or PDF documents — these can be sent by email or via cloud services.
