Confirmation Code Not Received

A confirmation code is required to complete your registration and activate your Planoplan account. If you have not received the email with the code, please follow these steps.

  1.  Check the Spam or Junk folder

Sometimes confirmation emails may be mistakenly moved to your Spam or Junk folder by your email provider.

  1. Make sure the email address is entered correctly

Check for typos, extra spaces, or incorrect characters in the email address you entered during registration.

If you cannot find the email and your address is correct, please contact us:

  • through the built-in support chat on the website or in the program (icon in the bottom right corner);
  • send an email to: support@planoplan.com.

We will verify your registration and help you activate your account.
