December is a time for summing up the year and making plans. We’re summing up our year of development and presenting our plans for a new era of Planoplan. This is not just an "update". It’s the next step in the evolution of the tool you use every day.
We’ve rethought everything to solve the main task: to give every user exactly the set of capabilities they need for their work. Without overpaying for extras and without compromising on what matters most.
Freedom of Choice: From 3 Plans to 5+
Previously, there were three paths: BASIC, PRO+, TEAM. Now there are more. Because your tasks and level of expertise are different.
- "PRO+" is becoming "Expert." This is a rebranding in essence. We’ve strengthened this plan by adding new key features. And here’s what’s important: all current active PRO+ subscriptions will automatically receive the capabilities of the "Expert" plan at their old price until the end of their paid period. This is our fundamental step — we value those who move forward with us.
- "BASIC" is becoming "Base" — a reliable foundation with no limits on the number of projects. To thank you for your trust, we will automatically move all active "BASIC" plan users to the new "Base" plan, with no change to your current billing cycle or extra charges.
- But the main thing is the emergence of new options, so you can find your exact place. If another plan from our updated lineup suits you better, you can switch plans yourself at any time.
A brief overview of the new logic:
DIY
For those planning a renovation for themselves. A one-time task, 5 projects, core tools.
Lite
For novice designers, for whom cost is a key factor. Slightly more capabilities than "DIY".
Base (formerly BASIC)
Unlimited projects, core professional functionality. For users who don’t need virtual tours or perfect rendering quality.
Expert (enhanced PRO+)
The best of Planoplan for solo work: from new complex materials to virtual tours. For those whose ambitions and quality of work define the price.
Business and Business Expert
Everything that’s in "Base" and "Expert", but with the ability for team collaboration and a shared catalog.

Not Choice for Choice's Sake. Real Improvements.
The new pricing structure is the framework. And its content is the meaningful improvements coming with the release.
- Complex materials and new rendering quality (for the "Expert" plan). We’ve added materials that work with micro-relief, natural sheen, subtle reflections. Wood feels like wood, and light behaves in a new way — more lively and deep. This is a step towards a different level of realism.
- Tokens. Flexibility instead of prepaid bundles. We’re moving away from rigid packages of renders and panoramas. Introducing an internal currency — tokens. Want to make 3 renders in super 4K quality and 1 panorama in 8K? Easy. Spend exactly as much as you need. No unused "leftovers" on your balance. No need to think about how many preview renders you have left this month. You spend based on the task, not the bundle.
- The Estimate has become a working tool. Available in the Gallery within the app for quick access. On professional plans, you can share it via link with a client, add your own lines, change pictures, add clickable links to products. Some plans allow exporting the estimate to
CSV. It has finally become truly convenient.
