What happens to my projects after my pricing plan ends?

All your content — projects, uploaded textures, and 3D models, as well as the renders, panoramas 360, and virtual tours you’ve created — is stored on Planoplan’s server.

When your pricing plan expires, all projects and generated content (renders, panoramas, virtual tours) in the project gallery remain available, but only for viewing in View only mode.

This means:

• you can open projects and view the created visualizations;
• editing projects or generating new renders will not be possible until you renew your pricing plan.
