  • What's new in Planoplan?

  • How to install software in macOS and Windows?

    In macOS:

    1. Download an installation file. Press the Download button for macOS to save the installation file (.pkg) to your PC.
    2. Open the installation file. Find the saved .pkg in the Downloads folder and double-click it.
    3. An installer will be open. Follow the prompts.
    4. Complete the installation. After installation you can find Planoplan in the Program folder or via the Spotlight search.

    In Windows:

    1. After you have downloaded PlanoplanSetup.msi file and launched it, a regular Windows application installer will be open.
    2. After you press the Next button the program will notify that it is ready to begin Planoplan installation.
    3. After pressing the Installation button the installation starts.
    4. After completing the installation the software will be automatically launched. A signup form will appear. Press the Close button to exit the installer.

  • Why do you need to sign up?

    This will ensure that you have specified the correct email address. Without signing up you can miss that you have specified the wrong email address, and you will not receive notifications about the render finalization and other necessary information. Besides, you can fail to recover passwords and communicate with technical support services.

  • What happens after the free trial period expires?

    After a free trial period ends the users will be automatically switched to the "View only" mode where you can only observe your projects.

  • How to solve the installation errors?

    If you use VPN, turn it off. Try the following steps:

    1. Turn off ad blockers and antivirus software.
    2. Remove Planoplan via the Program Installation and Removal function, and delete the following folders "C:\Users\{USER_NAME}\AppData\Local\Planoplan", "C:\Users\{USER_NAME}\AppData\Local\Temp\Planoplan". Install and start Planoplan again using the administrator role.

  • How to reinstall Planoplan?

    Uninstall Planoplan using the embedded Windows and macOS tools. Remove the following folder "C:\Users\{USER_NAME}\AppData\Local\Planoplan", install and launch the app again.
