Confirmation Code Not Received
A confirmation code is required to complete your registration and activate your Planoplan account. If you have not received the email with the code, please follow these steps.
- Check the Spam or Junk folder
Sometimes confirmation emails may be mistakenly moved to your Spam or Junk folder by your email provider.

- Make sure the email address is entered correctly
Check for typos, extra spaces, or incorrect characters in the email address you entered during registration.

- Contact support
If you cannot find the email and your address is correct, please contact us:
- through the built-in support chat on the website or in the program (icon in the bottom right corner);
- send an email to: support@planoplan.com.
We will verify your registration and help you activate your account.
