The team account dashboard in Planoplan is designed for collaborative work on projects within a team. It allows the team administrator to manage members, licenses, subscriptions, and shared team resources.
The appearance of the dashboard and the available features depend on the user’s role in the team: team creator (administrator) or team member.

Role differences in a team account

Team creator and team administrator has access to all dashboard tabs and can manage team settings, users, and subscriptions.

Team member has limited access and works only with team projects.

Team account dashboard tabs

“Layouts”

The “Layouts” tab is used to work with team projects. Here you can view, open, and edit projects available to the team members.

“Users”

The “Users” tab is for managing the team. In this section, the administrator can:

  • invite new members to the team;
  • assign and change user roles;
  • block or remove team members;
  • track render usage.

This tab also displays summary information:

  • number of team members;
  • number of active licenses;
  • total number of team licenses.

“Token balance”

The “Token balance” tab shows a list of tokens available to the team through the subscription or purchased additionally.

Please note: in a team account, tokens are purchased via an issued invoice, not directly from the app.

“Subscription”

The “Subscription” tab contains information about the team’s subscription:

  • number of purchased licenses;
  • subscription expiration date.

This section helps the administrator monitor team access and renew the subscription on time.

“Team profile”

In the “Team profile” tab, the administrator can configure general team information:

  • team avatar;
  • branding elements;
  • team name;
  • contact email;
  • website and team description.

After making changes, be sure to click the “Save changes” button to apply them.

Team member access

For a team member, only the “Layouts” tab is available in the dashboard. Managing users, subscriptions, tokens, and the team profile is not available to team members.
