How to find your user ID in Planoplan

User ID is a unique number assigned to your Planoplan account. It may be required when contacting support or restoring access to your account.
How to view your ID in the app
- Open Personal Account in the app.
- Go to the “Profile” tab.
- Find the field with your User ID.
- To copy the number, click the “Copy” button under the ID value.
