How to cancel automatic subscription renewal

Planoplan subscriptions are renewed automatically so you can keep using the features without interruptions. If you want to turn off auto-renewal, you can do it at any time.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Go to your Personal account in the app.
  2. Open the Subscription tab.
  3. Click the «Cancel renewal» button.
  4. Confirm the cancellation in the pop-up window.

After that, the automatic renewal of your subscription will be disabled. When the paid period ends, the subscription will stop. You can renew it at any time by subscribing again.
